    Just a heads up, anyone planning going up Lugnaquilla this Sat/Sun
    22nd 23rd Nov 2014, the Army have firing going on both these days and walking routes are closed.

    I daresay you'll still be able to ascend from the Glenmalure side. I'd guess there's FCA type exercises on - ones for part time soldiers who are working during the week?

    Yes, but the ever popular ascent via Camara Hill from Fenton's will be closed which will catch a few people out I'd imagine.
