    Howdy,

I normally squat in my feet. However as I have progressed to a decently weighted squat I have found it more difficult to keep stable and keep my feet in place. Basically I feel like I have no grip and my feet slip out of position. I was wondering what other people squat in and if anyone has any recommendations for decent lifting shoes? I don't want to spend loads and would ideally like to run in them as well.

    Cheers,

    H

Unless you like minimalist runners for running, you won't find a suitable pair of runners for both running and squatting.

Pair of flat runners with thin soles for squats. Got a pair in Penneys for €7 or thereabouts. Like Converse...but cheaper.

Then whatever takes your fancy for running
