    Hi All,

    Can anyone advise on a solicitor who can help on the transfer of ownership from brother to my wife.

    The mortgage is staying within the same bank.

    Fron your username you might be in the laois area. There are solicitors in portlaoise, portarlington etc, most of whom would have some conveyancing experience. If you want to travel to dublin and pay a bit more there are more specialised conveyancing firms there
