RFA1 change of address confusion

Hey guys! So trying to change my address with a RFA1 form, but the phrasing of where I place my former address and current address is really confusing my head on this cold morning. Do I place my current address in Section 1, or do I place the address that I'd be under on the voting register in Section 1? Sorry for the dumb…
