UPC -horizon

    Upc customer for 10 years. Signed up to Horizon as they told me it would only be €2 a month more expensive. I was receiving loyalty discount at the time. They said I would need to sign up for another 12 months.
    Turns out discounts expired in November, so Horizon actually costing €12 a month more. Scam. Phoned them up but they wouldn't reinstate the discounts, even though they had told me it would only be €2 more expensive a month.
    Always been a defender of UPC, but time to switch to Sky. Far more professional to deal with from what I have heard
    Anyone else have similar experience of being mislead?

    Ask them for a recording of the call. If you were misled, it should be pretty clear.
