You have turned off the street lighting in Phelim Wood in Tullow because of an issue over payments with the developer leaving residents and visitors in the dark during some of the shortest days of the year.

I understand there is an issue with the developer but surely creating a health and safety issue by turning off all lights is step too far for a semi-state body?

    Hi Villain,

If you are a resident, do private message us your name and house number, and we will be able to advise further.

If you are not a resident, do please have a resident contact us if you could.

    Thanks,
    Una

This is a concern to all people in the town not just residents, what details can you provide to residents  that you can't provide to locals who visit the estate, the actions are despicable.
