    this is pretty much what any company in the private sector is at. A good jobs boost anyway for Waterford.

    Its a natural progression. Get rid of older, complacent higher paid workers. Replace them with machines. Then higher in cheaper, less complacent workers.

    Government doesn't do this hence they have piles of old, overpaid workers who do **** all. Not all are but a lot more.
