Improved download, worse upload!

    Recently moved home and my broadband download speed has gone from 6mbs to a fantastic 15mbs.

    However my upload has gone from 0.60 to 0.50!

    I am with Eircom.

    I would have presumed that my upload should have at least doubled to 1.20 if my download is better.

    Do Eircom restrict you for upload speeds or is there any other reason?

    Are there any IP providers that provide better Upload speeds?
