home full dumbbell workout possible?

    Iv been going the gym years, but so busy with college lately i haven't gone in a month and im totally losing momentum and motivation :( not good. Really thinking of getting dumbells an using them at home and a bench i know i would definitely workout more.. Infact it may suit me better as i tend to get disheartened in the gym seen other people's results to mine

    However my question is.. Is it possible to hit every muscle with dumbbells ? And even if it is will i not plateau out and need to different exercises that involve bars and stuff

    If anybody has a link to a total home dumbell workout id appreciate it

    Surely if you've been going to the gym years you could work something? Chest press, chest supported dumbbell row, goblet squat and dumbbell Romanian deadlifts will cover most, if not all your, needs.

    Is it possible to hit every muscle, probably.
    But you'll need a wide range of DBs/weights as the big compound lifts will need much heavier loads compared to smaller muscles.
