AP McCoy is wishing he was part of a sport that exciting.

    Taking the piss .

Only managed to see the last set. Looked like a very one sided game, probably not very exciting ;-)
Not true. Most 180s scored in a world championship final. It was a fantastic game. Garry Anderson has been fantastic for years, its his time. Rather than the not so nice darts players he is a genuine nice guy. That said Phil Taylor is a genuine nice guy also. So two dudes I would wish to watch. They are fantastic and promote the best side of darts

Lads I'm not Taylor's biggest fan either but less of the abuse please. It's getting out of hand.

You not over this year? Missed out on one of the best.

taylor turned his back on anderson at the finish - why?

Players normally don't look at the opponents throw, just focus on your own game, play the board not the player

Actually as much as I hate Taylor I hope he stays for another few years. Every sport needs a bad guy!

Epic final to round off a great tournament. Delighted for Anderson, I hope he goes on to win a few more. Taylor wasn't at his best, but still reached the final set of the tournament which speaks volumes of the man.

Pity about the idiots who descended on this thread tonight to call Taylor every name under the sun.

Delighted Bunting gets his chance in the premier league.

    Surprised there is no Thornton

Why do sky get two wildcard picks in the premier league ?

  • Registered Users Posts: 774 ✭✭✭debabyjesus

How many bounce outs did anderson have? 7? Delighted for him seems a decent chap. Even sweeter is seeing the forced smile on phil

Throwing things at a wall to see if they will stick compared to what AP those.
    Weird.

    Chisnel
    Wright
    Wade
    Hybrecks
    Van Barnevelt
    Bunting
    Taylor
    Lewis
    Anderson

Well that was an epic final, fairplay to both. Taught Taylor had the momentum when it was 6-6. But fairplay to Anderson.

Sky should have asked Hearn about the board/s

Taylor will still be throwing at 85. He has a hunger for the winning, the limelight and the money naturally that no other player save perhaps Bristow has.He won't retire anytime soon.

That's a couple of comments you have made about the weight of players now. No more or you'll be taking a break from this forum.
