Adding channels on sky+

I tried to add itv4 to my available channels. I selected the correct frequencies etc and found the channel and ticked the option to store the channel, but I cant find the channel anywhere. I would imagine its supposed to be in other channels with the other itvs etc but its not there. Has this happened to anyone else? Any…

Did you press select after you ticked them?

Have you many other channel's on your other channel page. If so it is probably on the next page. Press Channel down button to move onto the next page and it might be there
