Tesco hours

Does anyone know what's a minimum limit allow you to work at tesco a day ? i've heard is 5 hrs,and you're not really allowed to do it 4hrs. I'm only asking cause i work for tesco almost 7 years,now i just moved to other department still doing 20hrs a week,where i'm doing 3days - 4hrs and one day of 9hrs. i'll bd grateful for any response. By the way i'm a day worker.

Wrong forum but depending on your contract there is no minimum number of hours an employer can give. Most people on part time contracts would work four hour shifts as it means the employer doesn't have to plan for breaks. It could be less if the that's what the employer requires and there is someone happy to fill the roll

Ask the shop Steward. If you don't know who it is there should be a list of house committee members on the staff notice board near the canteen
