    hi
    i am doing biology first year science .how to study for biology?????? all lectures files have is photos and the book is extremely boring and useless. sis web has no past exams.

    What modules are they? If I remember right (and depending on the module), there is very little theory on the lecture slides, but thats the main points that you're expected to know for the exam.

    I actually don't think I used the textbook for that at all tbh. Theres loads of continuous assessment so try to do well in that, and for the exam, just learn the theory in the lecture notes. I don't think theres diagrams on the exam but you do need to know components of the different cellular structures and the photosynthesis/respiration equations. They genuinely won't ask anything thats not on the lecture slides :). Just go to the book if you're stuck on something in the lecture slides really :)
