Punch bags

Wondering if someone can advise me. The kids 8 & 6 have asked a few times about a punch bag.

I was looking on adverts.ie and don't really know what I should be looking for. Should I be looking for something that hangs and is also anchored to the ground? I have plenty of space in the garage to hang one from a wall or from the ceiling. Ideally I would get one that I could use as well as them, but maybe it would not be possible to get one the right size for both me and them.

Any suggestions on what I should be looking out for would be great. Would something like this be right:

    or

    Thanks!

Both them bags would be best suited for adults with experience. Get a smaller length bag with a bit of give. Not a rock solid type that is also very heavy. Light, small and cloth packed.

    Thanks for the advice.

With a lighter one, is it anchored to the ground, or would it be swinging around?

I would assume that it's swinging, as in anchored from a bracket on the wall or suspended from the ceiling. You will be able to judge it when you see it and hit it. Make sure it's not too light.
