    I couldn't see a specific thread si I thought I'd stick this up for anyone interested in Organic or thinking of going that way..

    Seems the market is oversupplied and its expected that there will be hundreds of new suppliers with no defined market, not a great business model really.

    From the "Organic Producer", copy just came into the office today and I snapped this out of it.

    I was listening to country wide one morning and a lady who waa involved in the organic beef market was saying they wanted more organic beef. And that was no more than a month ago

    Farmers would want to do serious research before making the commitment to change over..

    Knows someone who was at a conference on organic milk. They mentioned how they were opening new outlets for organic beef and that it's a good time to get in.
