I have Sky and I have have a years sub to BT sport. Can I cancel sky and keep BT? I am assuming yes, that the channels would still be there. However, if I put in a sky UK free to view card would it be possible to transfer BT sub onto new card ? My box is HD, would BT channels remain in HD?

You can have BT and not have Sky as they are different subscriptions. I had the Setanta/BT sub and i dont have Sky no more. As for the Sky card its paired to your box i dont think you can mess around with it in the way you want.

I have a VPN on my laptop to allow me to watch BBC etc. in Spain. It fools the broadcaster in to thinking that I am in UK or Ireland.
I have been unable to watch Horizon.Tv [UPC/Chorus] at homein Ireland Is the VPN blocking access to this service. I can access on another laptop so there is no issue with the service
