I came back to racing also after a long brake it can be a bit daunting, but don't be put off if you have raced before and have a reasonable level of fitness you should be grand
How you should be training now will depend on your level of fitness now and your goals in your come back year, there is no definitive answer as to how you should be training, but i would say this time of year just get out and ride your bike, best of luck
