I purchased a Samsung Galaxy last Christmas, and it now will not charge or function.
I'm trying to contact Amazon customer service but can't find a window that will allow me to do this. Any help or suggestions welcome.
Do I have statutory warranty rights here?

You have statutory rights if the item is faulty or defective. If the damage occurred due to misuse, you may be covered by your warranty.

First step is to contact Amazon. They have a generally excellent reputation for dealing with issues. Start here...

Amazon is top notch for issues like this, one of the best in the world for customer service.
