Seal Wooden Countertops

Hi New kitchen wooden countertops from Ikea I saw a lot of good things about a product called Waterlox and it looks fab and is non toxic But, can't seem to find it anywhere in Ireland or even the UK Does anyone know if it can be bought here or even an equivalent

I have wooden countertops i made myself and I sealed them with mineral oil.

It leaves a nice soft finish on them and it's non toxic (make sure you use a non toxic oil obviously).
