Was lifting a lot at the start of the year and was seeing great gains and progress. Then at the end of July I had surgery on my knee(had a screw inserted holding my cruciate ligament to my tibia basically)

Anyway I'm back in work and all that, I cant do any heavy strenuous or high impact stuff with my knee untill at least after christmas.
So I'm just wondering is there any lifting programs that I COULD do??

And spend third/fouth day doing back work and light single leg rehab or whaetever your physio prescribed.

    I really appreciate that lads.
I was back at the physio yesterday and she said I can do unweighted squats to about 30 degrees of movement just to build mobility and strength. You'd be amazed at how quick the muscle has wasted away.

Its a start anyway...Serious case of the DOMS everywhere else today! Feels Great to be back!!
