    Hey,

I drive a nissan almeara 2004 hatchback petrol and have never had an issue with it in the last 7 years driving...
this morning though as i was driving up a local steep hill i drive everyday the cars engine cut out on me.... I pulled in and restarted and it was fine and made it all the way to work.
I was in third gear and reving it hard enough at the time.... anyone any idea why this might happen?...

    Possible fuel starveation.

Probably worth having the fuel pressure and flow rate checked.

Or if its becomes regular occurrence and jumpy when driving it may be a faulty O2 sensor.
