Boru stoves ..... Customer service ?

    Hi, I had a Boru Fiachra Insert installed 12 months ago but the heat output has been very disappointing. Has anyone else had a similar experience with the insert's and what is Boru's aftermarket customer service like ?

    More often than not a stoves poor performance is not the fault of the stove.
    Was the room heat required calculated correctly?
    Is your chimney draught excessive and stealing the heat?
    Is your fuel quality good?
    Has the fitter fitted the stove correctly?
    These should be the first questions to be answered before Boru customer service need to be contacted IMO.
