    Daily Record down 20%.
    Daily Star Sunday down 20%.
    The People down 18%.
    Sunday Express down 16%.
    Sunday Mirror down 14%.

    Morning market in total down 9%.
    Sunday market in total down 10%.

    As you can see the Tabloids are really screwed and on two fronts: their sales are dropping fast and they have no 'plan b' as tabloid readers don't convert to the web at all.

    'Managed decline' is the tabloids only available strategy where costs are cut in line with revenue declines and when costs can be cut no further they pull the plug. A vicious circle but their only option.
