Susi complaints

Hi, I applied for a reassessment straight away when susi opened back up.

They send out the document request which I sent back, then was waiting assessment for 4 weeks, I then get letter for further documents. I sent the required documents back.

Then it's in assessment and long behold another 4 weeks I get request for more documents. I sent them back in.

I went on waiting final assessment then on 5 august. Heard nothing until last week and again looking for more documentation.

I sent that back and now susi told me I have to go back to the end of the pile again!

I was thinking of complaining bit will it get me anywhere or just annoy them more?

Thanks for the reply ye I am going to complain, I think it's unfair to keep asking for more documents time after time and then end up at the back of the que eact time
