    Hi all,
I recently moved back to Ireland and got laryngitis, its been over 20 yrs since I've last had it!
I've had it just over a WK.
My throat feels fine now though still a bit hoarse but the cough is pretty bad and seems to be lingering. I only take natura remedies, which have helped my throat but need something for this cough! Sounds like a bark at times :(
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

You need anti-biotics for larnygtis. The anti-biotics need for it are very mild

a friend at work swears by rubbing vicks on the soles of her feet and putting socks on before going to sleep at night if she ever has a cough. not sure if it would work for laryngitis though!

Cough is now gone.......organic apple cider vinegar cleared it all up!
