Account refund question

    [font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I cancelled my eircom account within the 14 day period as I was very [/font][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]dissatisfied[/font][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif] with the service. I was assured that no money had been taken from the direct debit at the time of cancelling or would be. Eircom has proceeded to deduct money from my account even though I have not used the service and had immediately changed provider. [/font]
