Get out and have a brisk walk for 10 minutes without your coat. Glass of water. Job done.

Go to McDonald's, have a Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries, large Coke, apple pie.
Then scoot over to Subway and have a footlong Meatball Marinara with extra cheese and a bag of crisps.
Then finish it all off with a couple of chocolate cakes.
    Sorted.

That's all? Down a pint of water to flush out that little snack.

No bacon and you have beans.

Ye, should a Phaseolus vulgaris rest on the same plate as delicious pig slice, ye shall be smoten

    No bacon,
Take a brisk walk back to the same establishment and demand the rest of your breakfast.

Beans and chips, no bacon. Were the sausages cocktail sausages? Sounds like you ordered from the kids menu. Did you get a lollipop on the way out?

Chips for breakfast ... thats madness.

Fried potato slices maybe, but not chips.
