What do management companies generally charge for managing the lease in residental properties? Do they take a % of rent received or is there a fixed charge? Does the charge cover organising repairs, dealing with renter, getting new renters in, advertising or are these costs separate? I want to see if its feasible to get in…

I want to see if its feasible to get in on the this and sublet properties while taking care of all the day-to-day issues for the LL.

They generally take a fixed fee for finding a tenant and then a percentage each month if you want them to manage the property.
