Summer jobs abroad

I know everyonesays theres no chance of work in spain and stuff unless you get lucky and get a job in a bar hiring only irish/english and apply early. But when is early? After christmas?…

Currently a 20 year old student but would like to spend next summer working abroad ideally doing barwork as thats what i do now.

I know everyonesays theres no chance of work in spain and stuff unless you get lucky and get a job in a bar hiring only irish/english and apply early. But when is early? After christmas? March/april? Or go over at the start of the season.

Im not interested in working in places like kavos and magaluf but quiter but still lively resorts.

I know its a long shot getting a job in a country with such low unemployment ad being kinda fussy so i havent set my hopes and dreams of being there next summer but i reckon its worth a shot anyway.

Any help with when to apply and where to go would be appreciated
