Suggest a workout similar to Shred?

    Hi all,

    Could anyone suggest a similar workout to Jillian Michaels shred for me please?

    I am seeing great results combining it with a Tabata style workout every second day but my back and knees don't like level 2 and 3 for whatever reason. The 30 minutes format works for me as I have kids and I can keep them occupied while I do it for just about that time. I like the mix of the weights and abs and cardio and my body is really responding to it along with the fact I have cut added sugars and processed foods.

    Cannot do kettle bells unfortunately as the kids usually are in the room with me and the room is too small anyway. Thanks in advance.
