What is the best way for getting rid of these?

I've tried numerous face masks, scrubs and washes, but I'm still affected by them on my upper cheeks and nose.

I've read about salicylic (sp?) acid as solution. Is this correct?

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks.

A good facial will sort them.

Cleansing with a balm or oil, double cleansing if you're taking off makeup or SPF, use a clay mask regularly and use exfoliating toner.

A good facial where they do extractions will help but you'll get more blackheads after if you're prone to them. I am unfortunately :(

I'd go for a deep cleaning one.

Go to a beauticians and ask what they'd recommend.

And ask if they do extractions. It's damn sore but very effective.

I wouldnt have much faith in a one off facial for these - try this:

    Or something with similar ingredients.

If you only want to get rid of black heads then there's no need to go to the expense of a facial. Put boiling water in a bowl and steam your face for about 5-10 minutes to open your pores (cover your head with a towel) and squeeze them yourself. If they're not coming out easily don't overwork the area as it's not ready to pop. If you're prone to blackheads they will come back but a good cleansing routine could lessen the amount.

Have you tried Aztec Healing Indian Clay? Its pretty cheap and its very efficient in getting rid of blackheads.
