I was changing out the of sets of tri-spots for new sets. The first set wetn fine but there is no power going to the second set and nothing has tripped.

Any ideas what could be causing this of how I can go about diagnosing it ?

are they plain AC or is there a dc transformer involved (bullet shaped thing pushed up into the ceiling above the light fitting)?
Ive seen them where there is a transformer per light - but yours sounds like 1 could be feeding 3 of them??
