    Hi all
I have just got full planning last week
The question I have is if I drill a well and use sewerage system with irish water do I have to pay capital contribution fees for water and sewerage or do I pay just on what im using how do the connections for a new build work
I would think because of the irish water are now charging for the service u use that contribution fees should now be gone
Also paying fees to council for development levies for building
    Can anybody help me out

yeah you pay contributions to Irish water they are calculating them (at the moment) anyway as same as Cork County Council used so you paying contribution to CCC on old rate as if you building with well and septic tank. Calculate what CCC would charge if you were building with well only and difference should be what you will pay to Irish water ( at the moment anyway)
See doc on charges irish water brough out on 1st Oct
