can anyone please help me. Does the principal of a school have the right to dictate and have the final say on how a parents ass is conducted? (they also have children in the school). There is an issue at the moment where-by they want the AGM overturned due to the fact that a parent elected onto this years committee is unsuitable (in their eyes) This parent is new to the school but it doesn't state in the constitution new member cannot be elected. Instead of speaking to the previous committee of their concerns, they speak to them individually )which i think is unprofessional) ...can anyone please offer advice on this issue.

What is the consensus among the other members of the parents association?
