Hey looking to do a 100 mile spin starting from around Sundrive.

Anybody any suggestions for a good route? Only stipulation is that I would prefer it not hilly, as flat as possible and obviously as few traffic lights as possible.

Have some ideas of general direction myself (out by Howth and up the cost) but would like to get some views on it.

    Thanks.

As soon as you say not hilly, I'd be pushing you in the direction of Kildare/ Meath.
Sundrive - IMMA - Islandbridge - Phonix Pk or Chapelizod and maybe someone else can pick up from there.
Perhaps head out to Hill of Tara out that way and further if you want a 160km roundtrip that's mostly flat.

We head out for 100k club spins that way all the time, wouldn't take much of a detour to bump it up to 160. You'd want to know where you're going though, I'm doing them with the club for 3 years and I still don't know where I am half the time. Head for Rathcoole, Newcastle, Celbridge, Prosperous, that kind of thing. Then you can head over by Newbridge, Naas, and then head south towards Dunlavin and back the N81. Lovely roads. No shortage of 'em.

Another nice basis for a 100k+ spin is the West Wicklow http://naascyclingclub.com/ncc/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=255:west-wicklow&catid=49:club-updates&Itemid=167

Again, a bit of detouring will get the miles up for you.

Out to the Phoenix Park, Strawberry Beds, Clonee, Dunboyne, Summerhill, Trim, Navan Road, turn off towards Kilmessan and along the Boyne Valley drive,up to Dunsaughlin, Ratoath, St Margarets and back through Glasnevin.
