Transland do a good service from Germany to Ireland but you would need to get it onto a pallet. Not cheap at 160 ish euros. Can't imagine a courier being much cheaper

how urgent do you need it?
DPD normally do a good deal international and are fast, of course it must be well packaged.

Or go into your local Polish supermarket, and search the ad's pinned to the wall. My niece got all her possessions moved from Germany to Cavan for €150. The guy was passing close by, though.
These guys often bring back the sikkens paint pots from Poland, where its made, and only one third the price of here.

There is tons of small shipping companies that regularly move containers of various goods from Germany to Ireland all the time. The Polish suggestion was good. I know there is lorries arriving from Romania and even Moldova weekly to Dublin bringing stuff from their home country

Would a car door not fall under a parcel dimensions and weight?

    Hey OP

I'd recommend Polish courier company , they go from different parts of Poland, so it means they drive through different parts of Germany.

It will be much much cheaper than dpd, dhl , etc.
I have used couple of times already kapraltrans http://kapraltrans.pl/kontakt-miedzynarodowy
Never had any problem with them and it is door to door service.
If they will not take it google:
    + kurier +Polska +Irlandia
