    Hi all. Does anyone know of any jobs going with any crowd that has any link to railways? Cutting hedges, washing railcars, ANYTHING!

    Rail gourmet were looking for staff a short while ago, might also be worth looking at the company that do cleaning contracts for IR like Noonan.

    Who else does contract type stuff? I'd rather something outdoors if possible!

    There would be 100s of contractors, the thing is not many of them would solely provide services to Irish Rail. Take Noonan as an example, Irish Rail would be just one of many clients that you could end up working for.

    It all depends on what you are. good at.

    Try Global Rail, Mcrorys, Duffy's, ISS, Balfour Beatie. There are still a lot of Agency staff within IR so stick your name down with one of them.
