Overcharging

    I was overcharged recently for an online purchase. I paid in euro and the total at checkout was including all VAT and delivery charges.

    I have screenshots from both my bank and the website to prove this.

    I have made several attempts, both via email and phone, to get the amount refunded to no avail.

    Basically the company keeps fobbing me off telling me they will refund the charges but they have yet to do this.

    The company is Expansys.

    What can I do?
