Looking for some help with radiators and TRVs.

Last year I started replacing radiators as the bleed valves were rounded and I couldn't bleed the air from them. I installed 2 rads in the upstairs of the house with TRVs and they have worked fine. I recently installed 3 more radiators with TRVs but they are not working. One of those I installed last year is also not working. I have bled the system but the heat is only going to the exisiting 3( 2 old, 1 new)rads.

Any help would be appreciated.
