Our mortgage is fixed for last two years up until December this year, would it be possible to get an idea of what interest rate we will be looking at in January? Also is it possible to consolidate mortgage , personal boi loan and credit card to reduce bills?

    Hi Gall2005.

A warm welcome to Boards.ie and thanks for getting in touch with us.

Approximately 30 days prior to the maturity of your current fixed rate, a Mortgage Form of Authorisation, quoting the rates applicable to you will automatically be issued to the correspondence address on your mortgage account.
If you wish to discuss these or would like to talk to us about the current rates available, please contact The Mortgage Business on 01 6113333 and a representative will be more than happy to assist you.

To submit a request to consolidate all your loans, you will need to contact the Mortgage Advisor in your local branch who can process the application for you. Alternatively you may request a call back from our Mortgage Team here.
The contact details for your branch are available on our website here.

Hope this helps. If we can assist you with anything further, please let us know.
    Laura
