Where to source brake components from?

Howdee I’m looking to replace a few of the more tired and rusting parts on my Tektro calliper brakes (the quick release lever, springs and anchor bolt under the adjusting barrel). I’ve searched Wiggle and Evans but they only seem to stock full units. Does anyone know where a body could source the smaller components from?…
