Sky TV Half price offer.

    Hi folks, just wondering had any one else had any problems with Sky TV and there 6 months half price sports channels offer. After a phone call from a Sky rep i agreed to take there offer of there sports package for 6 months at half price which would be around €18 i was told. Got notification of my next bill today and knew there was something not right. Rang Sky Ireland and was told that the half price offer was not noted on my account, I was told they will try to add this on to my account but wont know if they can until after 24 hours. Anyone else any issues like this and if so how did you fair out. Thanks.

    Where you contacted by someone from sky about the offer, or did you just ring in and they gave you it? They will probably sort it out for you, but if not ask them to listen to the call recording.

    They contacted me about the offer, waiting for a call back later on so should know more this evening. They mentioned listening to the recording so hopefully be ok.
