Saw this on another forum, seems like a cost effective option to the UK compared to Stena etc. Anyone have any experience of using them ?

Is the price €240 return to the UK? That's not bad at all.

Just had a quick look Irish Ferries 218 euro one way to Holyhead early New Year

    3.5 hours very 8 hours!

Must look at distances south from Liverpool v HH

    but does look interesting

    thanks

Liverpool would be a shorter drive by around an hour if you were going to Dover, but the shorter ferry time to Holyhead would make up for that. Could be a nice drive through Wales too.
