I got a range of shots in 2005 for travelling to Thailand, and I am due to go again this Feb.

Do I have to get them again?

Depends, I think tetanus lasts 10 years. You really need to check with a travel medical centre or your own GP and you'll need to tell them which shots you got.

As far as I'm aware the necessary ones are Tetanus, Typhoid and Hep A. If you have not had any of those since 2005 you may need to get them again. If you are going into the back of beyonds over there they may suggest Rabies, Hep B, TB etc

If you didn't do a proper consultation last time for a similar trip, then would suggest you do that.
You should keep a record of your vaccines and dates you got them. You can then look-up how long each lasts and see which would be out of date now. TMB website has this info I think for each vaccine.
