Current thinking around multivits?

I know the question of whether multivitamins are worth it comes up a lot, but as in most areas of science/nutrition the consensus tends to shift as more research is carried out. I currently take Orange Triad as a multivit, Carlson Labs liquid fish oil, and Super Cissus RX for joints (definitely notice the benefit with cissus).

Is something like Orange Triad really worth it? My diet is quite healthy, very little processed food, but I do often end up eating the same fruit (apples/banannas) and veg (carrots/parsnips/broccoli) without getting much variation. I know the best advise is probably get all your vitamin/mineral needs from your diet, but it's hard to do that

Thinking of cutting out the multivit, and just going with a separate D3 supp and ZMA supp
