    Plumber one says 2 rads
    Plumber two says 3 rads

Plumber one says 24kw boiler (Baxi Megaflo)
Plumber two says 18kw boiler (Bosch)

The extension is to open up the rear of the house so half is covered by the existing first floor and the remaining is new build with vaulted roof.

Total area is about 45 Sq. M.

Is two rads enough or will 3 be required?

Three 33" radiator will give out the same heat as One 99" radiator.
    See the point?
It all depends on size and location for even dispersal of heat.
( persionaly I would go slightly over sized and also fit thermostatic rad valves )

+ a lot of factors required to know what size of boiler, like size of house, insulation, windows, controls etc. etc.
