Need legal copy of XP like - naow

    OK so long story short I'm sending a kid down to haiti to do some work, on thursday morning. Some software he needs to run remarkably is only specced to run on XP - yes we're going to try to get this running on a more sane OS in the meantime but because of the time constraints we can't afford to take the chance it won't. If someone could PM me a retail key no longer in use (and not part of an upgrade) it essentially only needs to be borrowed for about a week. Thanks.

    If he is normally running windows 7 he could setup 'virtual xp' on that. (Microsoft download)
    Also if you need more than one setup of virtual xp on the windows 7 you could use a program called xp-more to manage those virtual machines.
    I have the ability to open 6 different xp's on my windows 7 mostly because of the particular equipment that I work on needs different versions of java installed.

    Obviously if it is a permanent install there then he would need an xp disk

    got something else sorted out. we dug up a dinosaur, but it will work for whats needed.
