    this morning I had the misfortune of trying to contact a HUMAN BEING in Vodafone. Let me tell you it was not easy. Press 1 for this and press 2 for that but none of the options suited my query. Bad as that was, the website was even worse! Nothing worked on it at all.
    Has anyone else experienced this ?
    Absolutely atrocious customer "care"
