I suffered a bad knee injury in 2012, micro fractures of the knee cap and a loss of cartilage.

In the meantime I'd lots of physio and got into sailing (lots of squatting)

I've not been sailing for two momths and am now in constant pain

Is there a gym program I can take up? Sailing replicates sqatting a lot
