Hey guys, I applied to penney's on the 6th or 5th of October, I checked it today and it says "Application under review" could anyone tell me what does this mean? am i going to get a interview or are they keeping me there till something comes up? Thanks for looking :)

It means nothing. I've had that with Penneys and subsequently been both unsuccessful and successful at getting an interview. Just means it's taking a while to shortlist.
